Refund Policy

I am happy to accept a return if the item is not suitable, either for an exchange or for a refund.

If you would like to return an item please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return the items within 30 days of delivery.

When returning the item please:

  • return the item in its original condition and packaging.
  • send the item back with your details and details about the return.
  • return the item via Royal Mail Special Delivery or other tracked method. Please make sure the insured value covers the cost of the piece as I cannot be held responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit.


Conditions of return

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Cancelations

Since all orders are made especially for you, please get in touch as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your order. Please quote your order number when contacting me.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If somehow you receive your order and it is damaged or if it is faulty, please contact me within 30 days of delivery. If the packaging is also damaged, I would ask that you hold onto it. Please send me photos of the damage to the packaging and / or the item when you contact me and I will get a replacement item out to you.
