About Monica Milton Jewellery

Monica Milton, Scottish designer and owner of Monica Milton JewelleryMonica Milton Jewellery was launched with the help of the Princes Trust in 2011.  My health had got worse and I could no longer work in my current job. So I decided to follow my heart and set up in business designing and making jewellery.

Working from my home studio in Crossgates in Scotland, I design and hand make sterling silver and gold jewellery using traditional techniques. Many of my designs are available in a selection of different gemstones.

My collections are inspired by nature and the stunning historical sites and landmarks around Scotland, while my unique one off gemstone pieces are inspired around the gemstone itself, this could be the shape, markings or inclusions within the gemstone.

I currently supply 15 shops in the UK and 1 in the USA, as well as selling online and bespoke orders.

I am a member of the Guild of Jewellery Designers.

Over the years I have studied with the Gemmological Association of Great Britain, The Gemological Institute of America and recently with Pearls One – Cultured Pearl Association of America.
